Does the room store our conversation?

Yes, the conversation within a room, including interactions with Curi AI or other participants, is stored from the moment the room is created. This ensures that all messages exchanged in the room are preserved for future reference.

Users can easily access past conversations by clicking on the “Go to Room” option on the room card in the Rooms page. Once inside the room, they can scroll up to review previous messages exchanged within the room. This allows users to easily navigate through the chat history and revisit important discussions or details from earlier conversations. Even if the room is archived, the chat history remains intact and accessible, allowing users to revisit and reflect on prior discussions. This feature helps users track the progress of conversations and revisit key points from past discussions whenever needed.

Which formula does Curi use for Goals?

Curi uses the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goal approach to structure and track user goals. When users create a goal, they define measurable outcomes, establish actionable steps to achieve those outcomes, and set relevant deadlines for the goals, either with the assistance of Curi AI or manually.

Curi tracks users’ goal progress by calculating the completion of action items required to achieve measurable outcomes. As users mark action items as completed, Curi updates their progress in real-time, reflecting how close they are to reaching their goals. Each goal has a progress indicator that dynamically updates as action items and measurable outcomes are completed. The progress bar can be viewed on the Goals Page for each goal and on the dedicated Goal Details page. The progress bar moves to the right for each corresponding outcome as users mark the associated action items as completed. The overall progress of each goal is displayed as a blue bar indicator at the top of the Goal Details page and also on the Goals Page, where each listed goal has its own progress bar to provide a quick and clear snapshot of the progress.

To help users stay on track, Curi sends timely notifications, reminders, and deadline alerts, ensuring they remain focused and motivated throughout their goal-setting journey. This structured and real-time tracking system allows users to clearly monitor their advancement and stay informed on how close they are to achieving their goals.

How is goal progress tracked in Curi?

Curi follows the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goal approach. When users create a goal, they define measurable outcomes, establish actionable steps to achieve those outcomes, and set relevant deadlines, either with the assistance of Curi AI or manually.

All the user-created goals are displayed on the Goals page, where each goal features a progress indicator that updates dynamically as action items linked to measurable outcomes are marked as completed. To update progress, users can click on any specific goal on the Goals page, which opens the Goal Details page. This page contains all the information about the goal, such as its title, description, relevance, time constraints, measurable outcomes and action items for the outcomes. Here, users can review and modify goal details, update action items, and mark them as completed.

As users complete action items, the progress bar for each corresponding outcome moves to the right, visually reflecting progress toward completion. The overall progress of a specific goal is displayed as a blue bar indicator at the top of the Goal Details page and also on the Goals Page, where each listed goal has its own progress bar offering a quick and clear snapshot of progress.

Thus, the goal progress is tracked based on the measurable outcomes and action items defined by the users. With intuitive progress indicators and real-time status updates, users can easily monitor their advancement and stay informed about how close they are to achieving their goals.

Can AI add a goal for us?

Yes, Curi AI can assist in adding goals for you. While you have the option to create goals manually, Curi AI offers an interactive and structured approach to guide you through the process of setting goals.

When you initiate goal creation, whether from Curi Home, the Goals page, or within a room, it opens an “Add Goals” overlay, a dedicated chat interface with Curi AI to assist you in goal creation. Curi AI will prompt you with targeted questions to help you define and structure your goal according to the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) criteria. It will gather the necessary information from your responses and automatically create the goal for you, organizing it into a structured summary, including a title, description, measurable outcomes, action items, and time constraints.

Before saving the goal, Curi AI will ask you to review and edit it. You can change the descriptions made by the AI if you wish, such as modifying the title, description, adding outcomes and actionable items for them, changing the achievability and relevance, or setting a new date. If you prefer, you can chat with Curi to make any changes. Once you’re satisfied, you can save the goal, and it will be created.

If you prefer, you can also choose to manually add a goal, but Curi AI will always be available to help you refine and organize it more effectively.

To do this, access the room’s contextual menu by tapping on the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the room and selecting the “Goals” option. An overlay will open, displaying all existing goals associated with that room. This feature allows you to track tasks or milestones related to a specific room conversation seamlessly. How Curi AI Assists in Goal Creation

Curi AI is designed to make goal-setting more intuitive and structured by guiding you through the process step by step. Once you initiate goal creation, Curi AI engages with you in a dedicated chat interface tailored specifically for goal planning within the Add Goals overlay.

Curi AI prompts you with meaningful questions to help to refine and structure your goal effectively:

It first asks you to describe your goal, ensuring that you clearly define what you want to achieve.

As you provide details, Curi AI encourages you to make the goal specific and measurable, prompting you to think about concrete outcomes.

It then asks about the actions required to achieve the goal, helping you break it down into practical steps.

To ensure feasibility, Curi AI guides you to assess the achievability and relevance of the goal within your current priorities.

Finally, it prompts you to set a timeframe or deadline, ensuring that the goal remains actionable.

Based on your inputs, Curi AI generates a structured summary of your goal. It organizes your responses into a well-defined goal title, a specific description, measurable outcomes, action items for each concrete outcome, and a time constraint. This summary ensures that your goal is clearly documented and easy to track. Before finalizing, you have the option to review and refine each component, making adjustments if needed. After making required changes you can save the goal, which will later appear on the goals page.

Manual Goal Creation

While Curi AI offers a guided approach to goal-setting, you also have the flexibility to create a goal manually if you prefer a more direct method. The “Add Goal Manually” option is available at the bottom of the Add Goals overlay.

Selecting this option opens a new overlay where you can enter:

  • The goal title
  • A detailed specific description
  • Measurable outcomes
  • Specific action items for each Measurable outcomes
  • The goal’s relevance and a deadline

This option gives you full control over defining your goals while still following the structured approach that Curi promotes. If you prefer AI guidance, you can switch to AI-assisted goal creation at any time by selecting the “Create with Curi” option at the bottom of the overlay. You can then click on the “Save changes” option to save your goals.

Once your goal is saved, it becomes part of your Goals page, where you can track its progress and make updates as needed. Each goal on the Goals page includes a progress indicator, offering a clear visual of your overall progress. The indicator updates dynamically, reflecting the completion of action items associated with each measurable outcome. As you mark action items as complete, the progress indicator advances, giving you an accurate representation of how close you are to achieving your goal.

Can other participants also view the notes linked to the room? How can I access my notes?

No, the notes created by users in any room are visible only to the user who made them. When a user wishes to create a note by either holding the message, selecting the “Add Note” feature from the room’s contextual menu, or simply commanding Curi AI, they will be directed to a Private Side of the Room (if not already there), ensuring that the process remains confidential and visible only to the user who created the note.

Users can access the notes they created depending on where they are in the app:

The notes will be displayed with attached context (such as a message, purpose, or agreement) if applicable. Each note card will show the note’s creation date and time, along with Edit and Delete buttons for users to manage their notes.

The Notes feature in Curi allows users to highlight and store important key points or information within a room, whether from conversations with Curi AI or other users. Users can then type their note and submit it. Once submitted, the note is saved and listed in both the “My Notes” overlay for that room and the Notes Page, along with the attached selected message from the Public Side of the Room. Curi will confirm once the note has been successfully created.
